Friday Harbor is a town in San Juan County, Washington Juan County, Washington, United States. The population was 2,082 at the 2007 Census Bureau estimate. Located on San Juan Island, it is the major commercial center of the San Juan Islands archipelago. It is the county seat of San Juan County, Washington Juan County.In a study just performed, 20% of people in Friday Harbor, Washington are interested in new windows spruce up their home.As of the census of 2000, there were 1,989 people, 896 households, and 468 families residing in the town.
