It is also home to The College of William & Mary Virginia Institute of Marine Science, a graduate school for the study of oceanography.In latest estimates, 13% of people in Gloucester Point, Virginia are interested in replacement windows designed to spruce up their home.As of the census of 2000, there were 9,429 people, 3,787 households, and 2,715 families residing in the CDP.
