Bullard is a town in northern Cherokee County, Texas and southern Smith County, Texas Counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It lies at the intersection of U.S. Route 69 and Farm-to-Market Roads 2137, 2493, and 344, about 12 miles south of Tyler, Texas The population was 1,150 at the United States Census, 2000 census.In current analysis, 19% of people in Bullard, Texas are interested in aluminum replacement windows spruce up their home.As of the census of 2000, there were 1,150 people, 429 households, and 326 families residing in the town.
