Pulaski is a city in Giles County, Tennessee County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 7,871 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Giles County, Tennessee County . Pulaski is most well known for being the birthplace of the Ku Klux Klan, although the city has condemned the Klan.
