Spring Valley, incorporated on July 9, 1902 is a Political subdivisions of New York State#Village in the Ramapo, New York of Ramapo Rockland County, New York County, New York, United States located north of Nanuet, New York east of Airmont, New York and Monsey, New York south of Hillcrest, New York and west of West Nyack, New York Nyack.
