Marcy.In a study just performed, 14% of people in Marcy, New York are interested in new windows designed to reduce their energy bills.As of the census of 2000, there were 9,469 people, 2,003 households, and 1,526 families residing in the town. The population density was 287.2 people per square mile (110.9/km²). There were 2,073 housing units at an average density of 62.9/sq mi (24.3/km²).
