Congers is a Political subdivisions of New York State#Hamlet (and census-designated place), in the Clarkstown, New York of Clarkstown Rockland County, New York County, New York, United States located north of Valley Cottage, New York Cottage; east of, across Lake DeForest, of New City, New York City; south of the Haverstraw (village), New York and west of the Hudson River.
