Scottsbluff is the largest city in Scotts Bluff County and the 12th largest city in Nebraska, as well as being the Nebraska Panhandle largest city.In a new poll, 17% of people in Scottsbluff, Nebraska are interested in window glass replacement designed to spruce up their home.As of the census of 2000, there were 14,732 people, 6,088 households, and 3,841 families residing in the city.
