Bartlett is a village located in both Cook County, Illinois County and DuPage County, Illinois. A very small parcel on the western border is in Kane County, Illinois County. The population was 36,706 at the 2000 census. A 2002 recount gave the village a population of 37,304. In 2007 another recount gives the village a population of 41,500. The community now known as the Village of Bartlett was named after founder Luther Bartlett who offered land to the railroad.In latest estimates, 4% of people in Bartlett, Illinois have considered looking into replacement windows prepare their home for sale.As of the census of 2000, there were 36,706 people, 12,179 households, and 9,986 families residing in the village.
